  • Workcover: MINC Maintenance Services will only use contractors that work safely and have current Workcover Insurance.
  • Occupational Health and Safety: MINC Maintenance Services will only use contractors that comply with Statutory Regulations.
  • Complaints: High standards of performance and service will be required from the MINC Team at all times. MINC Maintenance Services will address all complaints immediately and communicate promptly to you our future actions to prevent repetition of any non-conformances that may arise.

This Maintenance system is based on standards adopted by the Division of Workplace Health and Safety.
