We have included three different products that we can offer the customer individually or integrated into one complete package. Asset Maintenance

  • All Maintenance Contracts fall under the MINC Services umbrella such as Lifts, Air-conditioning, Building Ventilation, Cooling Towers, Fire Services, Auto Gates, Pumps, Backflow Devices, Generators, Hot Water Systems etc. This provides a single contract for the customer and one point of contact.
  • The benefit of one coordinated MINC Services contract is that we are able to re-negotiate a “preferred contractor” rate with the existing contractors, thus making MINC Services competitive over many individual contracts.

Maintenance Management

  • MINC Services professionally manages and coordinates the day to day ongoing maintenance operations and ensures that all contractors are meeting their contractual obligations. MINC Services responds to calls on behalf of the customer and arranges the appropriate trades to attend.
  • This package can include implementing a maintenance plan, providing monthly maintenance expenditure statements, establishing Scope of Works for tendering, regular inspections to ensure Australian Standards are being achieved, Annual WPH&S inspections, maintain a sinking fund etc
  • MINC Services audits the entire works process from the initial quotation request to completion. This includes forwarding quotations for approval and verifying all invoices from contractors for the customer to approve.

Corporate Caretaking

  • MINC Services maintains the common areas of your building and grounds in order to present a professional image of your building.
  • This package can include cleaning, garden and lawn maintenance, pool maintenance, tennis court maintenance, replacement of light bulbs and identifying and reporting future maintenance issues.
  • Regular inspections by MINC Services Management and Supervisors.
