Air Conditioning

MINC Services is an effective company for maintaining your complete air conditioning requirements in accordance with your instructions whilst having full regard for legal and quality requirements.

Air Conditioning and ventilation plants are required to be serviced at regular intervals as detailed in the Australian Standards AS 1668 and AS 3666. These standards also detail which components are required to be inspected and how to test them. Should these minimum maintenance standards not be met the inevitable result is an inefficient and unreliable plant with potential health risks.

Symptoms of an Inefficient Plant

  • Increased power consumption.
  • Increased breakdowns / down time / repair costs.
  • Sick Building Syndrome. Increased sick leave and reduced productivity of the occupants.
  • Increased water and chemical usage. (Cooling Towers)
  • Uneven temperatures and drafts, or complaints that the air is “stuffy”.

Standard Audit

In order to ascertain the condition of a building’s air conditioning and ventilation systems we recommend an independent audit be undertaken. MINC Services can provide such an audit completed by a qualified and licensed Air Conditioning Engineer. MINC Services standard audit contains the following:

  • Written Report detailing the following.
  • General overview of the condition of the equipment.
  • Problems found.
  • Photo.
  • Priority.
  • Solution
  • Budget price.

Audit Options

In addition to the above standard audit report, the following options are also available:

  • Firm prices on rectification works.
  • Internal Duct Cleanliness inspection and report.
  • Air quality test.
  • Formation of Asset register.
  • Oil analysis reports on compressors. (Compressor internal wear indicator).
